4SProducts h-VOLT® cables produced with the utilization of XLPE materials for insulation that are preferred by users today are presenting solutions that contribute to converting energy losses in energy transmission into an advantages. While the insulation process of h-VOLT cables is produced with the CV (Continuous Vulcanization) method and carried out in completely enclosed environments, the close bonding of the XLPE materials is performed at the same time. By carrying out al the production process from raw materials to converting them into cables, 4SProducts both shortens production time and prevents any variation in quality due to external factors.

To adhere and maintain our high quality standards, 4SProducts carries out product testing and analysis during all stages of the production phase. The finished products are prepared for shipment only after final tests are conducted.
