Warranty Statement

4SProducts warrants for thirty six (36) months from invoice date (“Warranty Period”), that all cables (“Product”) manufactured by 4SProducts (a) will conform to 4SProducts specifications for such product at date of delivery and (b) will support all applications, to which the product has been engineered for as specified by Product specifications and as defined in telecommunications standards, provided that (1) the product has not been subjected to improper use, installation, maintenance, repair, cleaning, handling, or storage; (2) the Product was installed properly as per applicable installation codes; and (3) the product was applied on original spools or reels.

If the Product is not as warranted hereunder and the buyer has notified 4SProducts of such defect in writing within the Warranty Period, 4SProducts will, at its option, either replace the Product or refund the purchase price therefore. 4SProducts must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product, and said Product may not be returned except by a written permission from 4SProducts. The buyer shall assume all responsibility and expense for removal, and reinstallation of the Product. Transportation charges to and from 4SProducts location for the return of defective goods to 4SProducts and their re-shipment to Buyer and the risk of loss thereof will be borne by Buyer. THE BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE FAILURE OF 4SProducts TO FURNISH PRODUCT CONFORMING TO THE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAYMENT PROVIDED FOR ABOVE, AND 4SProducts SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTIES FOR ANY OTHER CLAIMS OR DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL 4SProducts BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE THAT HAS OCCURRED.

THE FORGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO AGREEMENT VARYING OR EXTENDING THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES, REMEDIES OR THESE LIMITATIONS WILL BE BINDING UPON 4SProducts UNLESS THEY ARE IN WRITING, SIGNED BY A DULY AUTHORIZED EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF 4SPRODUCTS.

Product Return Policy

If there is a problem or questions regarding your order, call 305.444.6771 for assistance. Any stock items in our catalog may be returned after your prompt inspection of received goods.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your order and returned to 4SProducts within 14 days from receipt of goods.

  • All product returns must be marked with a 4SProducts RMA number and must be in their original shipping containers. Credits will not be issued without a 4SProducts authorized RMA number, and only after inspection of returned product.

  • Custom made and uncataloged items can not be accepted for return.

  • 4SProducts reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for all products returned.
